Privacy policy
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13-14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). Last updated: July 2026.

1. Data controller
The data controller is Sos House Multiservice, with registered office at Via delle Sciabbe 5, 50127 Firenze, VAT no. 01554690519. For any matter relating to the processing of your data you can write tocontatti@portalemultiservice.it.
2. What data we collect
This site collects only:
- The phone number you voluntarily enter in the "Call me back" form, together with any name and description of the problem, and the indication of the service and city of the page from which you send the request.
- Technical browsing data (IP address, HTTP requests) recorded in the server logs for security purposes and for the prevention of abuse (e.g. rate-limiting of automated requests).
The site does not use cookies or any tracking or profiling tools (see the cookie policy).
3. Purposes and legal basis
The data entered in the form is processed for the sole purpose ofcontacting you again and arranging the technical call-out you requested: the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical browsing data is processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest in the security of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Who we share the data with
Your phone number and the description of your request are shared with the qualified technician in our network assigned to handle the call-out in your area, for the sole purpose of contacting you and agreeing on the job. The data is also processed, on the controller’s behalf, by providers of technical services (hosting and infrastructure), appointed as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Transfers outside the EU
The hosting infrastructure may involve the transfer of data to third countries (in particular the United States); in such cases the transfer takes place on the basis of the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or adequacy decisions).
6. How long we keep the data
The request data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the call-out and for the subsequent administrative and legal obligations. The technical logs are kept for the time strictly necessary for the security purposes.
7. Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 GDPR: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. To do so, simply write tocontatti@portalemultiservice.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (garanteprivacy.it).
8. Nature of the provision of data
Providing your phone number is optional, but necessary to be able to contact you: without it, the call-out request cannot be handled.
