From request to call-out
You leave your number (and, if you like, a couple of lines about the problem): the request goes straight into the routing system.
The system finds the technicians qualified for that type of fault in your area: the first available one accepts the job.
They contact you directly to understand the problem and assess how urgent it is.
Time, approach and quote are settled directly with the technician: same day or by appointment.
A network of technicians, not a directory
The technicians in the network aren’t names pulled from a directory: every professional is registered with their own specialisations(from the 20 types of call-out we cover) and their ownoperating areas. That’s how a request only reaches those who can genuinely handle it: a boiler problem inMilano never ends up with a locksmith from another province.
The operations centre’s monitoring
From the moment you send the request, the system follows it step by step: if a technician doesn’t respond within the expected time, automatic reminders kick in, and if the area is temporarily uncovered the request is taken on by our operators. No request is left hanging: either it gets handled, or someone calls you back to tell you how we’re proceeding.
Verification after the job
The work doesn’t end when the technician closes the job: every call-out finishes with a report verified by the operations centre, and on a regular basis we carry out quality checksby contacting customers again to confirm the outcome and that everything was done as agreed. It’s how we keep the network’s quality high — and the reason we can publish our real response times.
